Hotel was good, staff lovely & very helpful
We had a room at the front of the hotel on 5th floor, soundproofing was poor and the bar across the road was open until 6am on the Saturday note the noise was terrible, it was as if our windows were open but they were closed, even when bar closed people stayed in the street causing a nuisance, not good

Good location for exploring the city, clean tidy and did the job well.
Location and reception staff were very good. Breakfast was OK Room had plenty of space and was kept very clean Great shower with plenty of pressure, our room also had a jacuzzi bath, but we didn't get to use it. Very good air con (if a little chilly even when set to 24°)
The beds! we asked for a double if possible, but were given two singles, they were the hardest mattresses we have ever slept on, very uncomfortable compared to what we are used to. A couple of nights there were functions next door which were very loud at 6am (not the hotels fault at all) it was quite noisy, luckily we could keep the windows shut to keep out most of the noise as the aircon was good
